Who we are

Symra LLC ("Symra," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website livesymra.com and the Symra waitlist. We are a women's wellness company based in South Carolina, United States. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@livesymra.com.

Information we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your name (if provided)
• The date and source of your signup

If you join through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, Meta may also pre-fill your contact information from your Facebook profile with your permission. We receive only what you authorize Meta to share.

We also collect standard analytics data automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your identity.

How we use your information

We use your contact information solely to:

• Send you Symra product updates, launch announcements, and founders pricing details
• Respond to questions or messages you send us
• Notify you when Symra is available for purchase

We will never sell your personal information. We will never share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email communications

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from Symra. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will remove you from our list promptly. Unsubscribing does not delete any information we have already collected.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our waitlist and communications:

• Klaviyo — email marketing platform that stores and processes your contact information on our behalf. Klaviyo's privacy policy is available at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice.
• Meta Platforms — if you sign up via a Facebook or Instagram ad form. Meta's data policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
• Netlify — website hosting. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We select third-party providers who maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code that helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising by tracking actions taken on our site. The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and pages visited. You can opt out of Meta's data collection at facebook.com/settings.

We do not use any other advertising cookies or tracking tools at this time.

Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you are subscribed to our list. If you unsubscribe, we will retain a record of your email address solely to honor your opt-out and prevent future emails. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@livesymra.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of email communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Children's privacy

Our site and products are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers via email.
